How to deal with fears and worries caused by the situation?
It is natural to feel worried, scared or insecure about the war in Ukraine. Follow the media only with a reasonable amount. Concentrate on things that are really happening – not on the speculations that may happen. There is no threat in Finland, and hence it is important to continue your everyday life and do things that you enjoy.
Do not stay alone with your worries. Share your thoughts with your friends and loved ones and carry on with your daily routines, such as sports and other hobbies. Physical activities may help, because our mind and body function together.

It is natural to feel strong emotions because of the situation. However, you should not direct the negative thoughts and actions towards innocent people. Average citizens do not make decisions of war, the decisions are made by governments.
