InnoBarentsLab in Arctic Business Forum 2015

Arctic Business Forum (ABF) held annually in Rovaniemi, Finland and it’s a place where discusses the latest business development and the future prospects of the European High North economy.

Participants are not only able to learn, update and discuss arctic business developments but also do business through interactive conference sessions, trade show, matchmaking lounge and high class social programs.

InnoBarentsLab (IBL) this year assists in organization of the event with a team of 12 active members and spent time in the beginning to plan everything in advance to ensure things go into the right direction. Successfully organized Match-making lounge and assisted in running activities, IBLers shows innovative and professional working attitude and have received plenty of positive feedbacks from ABF organizers as well as its participants.

Moreover, IBL had own stand in the ABF’s trade show to promote IBL with presentation and brochures. Many people noticed it and they had a meeting with Mikå Mered, who was one of the speakers and he was really interested about IBL’s support for young entrepreneurs since he is doing a similar job in the UK. In the end he interviewed IBLers about their relation with Arctic. IBLers got contacts and cooperation opportunities in real working life.
