Career monitoring survey for 2018 graduates

All alumni who have graduated five years ago in 2018, have received a career monitoring survey.

The national career monitoring survey of universities of applied sciences collects information on employment, careers and satisfaction with careers and degrees.

The results provide information on changes in the working life for the development of teaching and lifelong learning services. Based on the results, the UAS develops the content and delivery methods of education. The results of the survey allow Lapland UAS to develop the curricula, tackle current skills needs and utilize the results in career guidance, among other things. In addition, the Ministry of Education and Culture uses the data to allocate funding to UAS.

The career monitoring survey is sent to all graduates of the 2018 UAS and UASME degrees by e-mail and SMS. Each answer will be processed confidentially. The survey is open until 12 November 2023.
