A team of tourism students represented Lapland UAS at the EMCup competition

The tourism students of Lapland University of Applied Sciences made it to the semifinals in the international EMCup competition. The tight competition took place in Maastrichit, Netherlands on 12. – 13.2.

32 educational institutions and teams from all over Europe took place in the competition. The theme in this year's competition was human resources management: ”Catch me if you can – Stay in Love”.

The preparation for the competition already started in October. As an advance task the team wrote an article concerning the theme, where they highlighted the seasonal challenges of Lappish travelling.
