Komin pk-yritysten liikkeenjohtokoulutus /Komi Business management Training

 Kuvaus: The project will increase the knowledge and expertise of the SME’s management staff and educational professionals in Business Management tools. The first focal group as beneficiary of the project will be women entrepreneurs, however, the participants will not be chosen strictly on gender alone. The trainings in Business Management will provide the training participants with the knowledge of how to utilise the tools to expand their business activities starting at a local level moving to a regional, national and international working environment using a step by step process. The important tools of business development are networking and fundraising. The participants will explore the nature of networking with special importance given to developing partnerships and then management of the networks. An important tool for managing these networks is project management, which will ensure participants have the know how to structure their networks into a manageable system. Fundraising is an essential factor in developing a business and learning how to utilise national and international funding instruments when implementing business activities is an invaluable skill. Project development and planning skills, which will be instilled in the participants, will emphasise how businesses can structure their business activities so they can make use the national and international financing options to expand their businesses activities. Following the training Komi SME’s will be able to use their new knowledge of business management tools to more effectively plan and participate in national and international projects leading to the internationalisation of Russian SME’s. The involvement of SME’s in international and national business development projects will also allow for an expanded network between local and international businesses increasing the potential of business development. The training of SME’s in project management will, as part of their course work, explore Russian Federal and Regional financing programmes for SME’s providing alternative financing sources for carrying out SME’s business plans. A guidebook will be developed outlining how Russian SME’s can utilise national and international financing institutions. Participants will also develop their own project proposals as case studies, which will lead to a direct impact on the Regional and Federal economic activities.
