INTECS: Preparatory actions and network building for establishing International Training and Education Center for Winter Sports

During the project (Network of International Training and Education Centers for Winter Sports = INTECS network), an international network will be established to foster joint opportunities within the INTECS network between winter sports and education institutions within the EU. In this way, the institutions involved can share knowledge about problems and good practises related to combining young winter sports athletes’ training and education, and in doing so find the solutions for establishing a “dual career” for athletes. “Dual career” in this context refers to a possibility of young athletes to study effectively providing a secure future in their working life as well as developing their professional sports career. |
