To respond to the call for the 7th Framework Programme restoring security and safety in case of crisis. Main Project overall objective To carry out research to show the competence in safety and security management issues in management of large civil crises and complex emergencies with adapting and using available technologies to prevent the loss of human lives. Research results are exploitable throughout the the phases of the crisis management process prevention, preparedness, response and recovery, including simulation and training.
