In case of fire
- Save yourself and those in danger. Pay special attention to people with reduced mobility and disabilities.
- Report the fire. Press the fire alarm button (located on the walls of the corridors in the places indicated by signs). If you are not near the button, ask another person to go to the button and raise the alarm.
- Call the emergency number 112.
- Extinguish the fire, if possible. Do not endanger yourself.
- Prevent the fire from spreading. Close doors and windows.
- When leaving the building
- Lock the computer and close the doors and windows of the room, if possible.
- Take personal valuables and outdoor clothing with you, if possible.
- Follow the instructions provided by the University's security organization.
- Use of the elevator is prohibited during a fire.
- Go to the assembly point nearest you for further instructions.
What to do in the event of a fire alarm
The building is equipped with an automatic fire alarm system that will alert the emergency services. On hearing the fire alarm, everyone must leave the building immediately.
- Take outdoor clothing with you if it is nearby.
- Close doors and windows.
- Use the nearest possible escape route.
- Guide customers and guests.
- Call 112 from a safe place and give more information about the situation. At the same time, make sure that the emergency services have been informed of the fire.
- Move to the assembly area, do not stay in front of the entrances.
- Do not leave the place of assembly without permission.
