It is mandatory for all students to join the Lapland UAS Master School orientation day which is organized online on 23.8.2024 Master School Online Orientation Programme 2024 on this link.
MaSS-studies continue at Rovaniemi Campus on 3.9.2024 at 8:30.
Students are expected to join the orientation week (week 36) at the campus in person. Please note, the students are responsible for individual travel arrangements.

Your studies will start with online orientation to higher education studies. Therefore, make sure you will complete the course Start Your UAS Studies before starting the actual orientation on campus.
The Campus studies will start with the Orientation Days in Rovaniemi on 3rd September 2024.

The academic year starts on 1 August 2024 and ends on 31 July 2025. Autumn semester starts on 1 August 2024 and ends on 31 December 2024. Spring semester starts on 1 January 2025 and ends on 31 July 2025. Teaching is arranged in periods determined by the Lapland University of Applied Sciences (932/2014 muutos 257/2015, 29§).
Continuing students: Teaching can be arranged between 1 August 2024 - 22 June 2025. See timetables.
Summer studies: between 1 June 2024 – 31 August 2024
