The purpose of this handbook is to tell students about the solutions used at Lapland UAS to ensure the development of the knowledge, skills and attitudes required for professional expertise: competence orientation, problem orientation, learning and constructive assessment. The handbook also describes what these solutions mean in the day-to-day life of students.
